How to contact me

Ok, the best way to contact me in a semi-reliable fashion is to send me some
email. If you don't get a response in 24 hours, it's because I am on vacation
(you should get an automated reply) or I'm dead. If you consider how often I
take a vacation, it's probably the latter.
