With over ten years of experience in the telecommunications/internet industry, I have a reputation for "doing the impossible." Such notoriety has come through consistently offering solutions to major telecommunications/internet problems, via my vast experience in detecting and resolving technical dilemmas, using cutting edge resources and equipment. I also have a unique ability to blend new technologies in such a way as to create a synergy that provides forward thrust and momentum in today's highly competitive telecommunications/internet environment. Being an "A type" personality, I am a self-starter who works well alone with little or no supervision. I do however enjoy collegial camaraderie and being part of a team. I am capable, dependable, flexible, and can easily assume any role necessary to the life cycle of a project.

“It is not often in ones life that you meet someone that possesses exceptional business accumen with a technical astuteness that would shutter Einstein. I had the pleasure of recruiting, hiring and managing Nathan Stratton for over a year when he was CTO at Voila IP and he changed the way I viewed technology related services. Having hired and managed 100's of people through my career I can't think of anyone that could hold a candle to Nathan technically or anyone who could take something utterly complex and make it simple to understand. He has the nack of doing the impossible and doing it under the most stressful of situations. Time and time again he demonstrated success in launching visionary technology services, he lead a international team of software programmers to think out of the box and create technology that was market changing and he had a unique ability to overcome complex obstacles. I can honestly say he is the best CTO in the business of IP communications. If you have any further questions with regard to his background or qualifications, please do not hesitate to call me.
